At 12 Testers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Android app testing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Not Initiated

If we have not yet begun the testing process (no testers have been assigned to your app), you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Service Quality Issues

If we fail to provide the core service as described in your chosen package (such as not providing the agreed number of testers or not maintaining the testing period for 14 days), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

2.3 Technical Inability

If we are unable to complete the testing due to technical limitations on our end, you will be eligible for a refund proportional to the incomplete portion of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The testing has already been completed as described in your chosen package
  • Your app fails Google Play's requirements or policies (our testing service is to help meet testing requirements, not to guarantee approval)
  • You failed to provide necessary access or instructions for our testers to complete their work
  • You are dissatisfied with the feedback or testing results provided, but the service was delivered as described
  • You simply changed your mind after testing has begun

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your order details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if we have already incurred costs or completed a portion of the service. The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of services that were not provided or were not provided satisfactorily.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. These changes will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the changes were posted.
